Day 3: 30-Day UBC (Ultimate Blog Challenge) for April, 2014
London’s Queen Elizabeth Olympic Park Opens!
I have added London to my bucket list again even if I have been there a few years back. I want to visit the newest park in Stratford that London have relaunched where the 2012 Summer Olympic Games were held. The park in east London features interactive water fountains and also an adventure playground. The Queen Elizabeth Olympic Park is the biggest park ever opened in the 21st century in the UK. The BBC News in London, England featured this park yesterday in their news website.
Take a Tour of the new Queen Elizabeth Olympic Park, that just opened to the public Saturday, the 5th of April, 2014 for the first time since the London 2012 Games.
Prince Harry and Mayor Boris Johnson toured the site and visited the Aquatics Centre and the VeloPark. There’s also the 375ft (114.5m) high ArcelorMittal Orbit tower where you can go up and see the entire park from there. Thanks to BBC News for bringing us the best news from London, England.
